Love Over Fear

It's been a wild ride over the past weeks & months with everything happening in today's world. Tons of fears, worries and anxiety in our world right now. With someone who understands these topics really well, we need to shift our mindset to love instead of fear. If we can remain calm and think positive about the situation we are currently in, you might see a light at the end of the tunnel. Adriana & I have been meditating & praying more as well as journaling our thoughts about sending love & compassion to the world. Remember love conquers all fears, so right now as you are reading this I ask you to close your eyes and take a deep breathe in ( imagining beautiful things that make you happy) and exhaling ( all the fears, worries and anxieties). This should help shift your thinking and put you in a calm spot. I recommend trying this exercise for 5 to 10 minutes.
